LeadRemit reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.

5. Client Obligations

Misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Bank requirements are breached
  • Misrepresentation is identified
  • Continued service poses reputational or operational risk

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LeadRemit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • LeadRemit is not responsible for bank delays or regulatory actions

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of LeadRemit Ltd and may not be used without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
