LeadRemit reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.
5. Client Obligations

- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Use services only for approved purposes
Misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination.
6. Prohibited Activities
Clients must not engage in:

- Circumvention of compliance or monitoring controls

7. Fees & Charges
Fees, where applicable, are agreed separately and may vary based on service scope and risk profile.
LeadRemit reserves the right to revise fees subject to notice.
8. Suspension & Termination
LeadRemit may suspend or terminate services where:
- Regulatory or compliance risks arise
- Bank requirements are breached
- Misrepresentation is identified
- Continued service poses reputational or operational risk
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LeadRemit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
- LeadRemit is not responsible for bank delays or regulatory actions
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of LeadRemit Ltd and may not be used without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
